- Quote requests, briefing requests and inquiries: your name, title, organization, email address, phone number, the details of your requirement or request and any files you attach.
- Teaming and specialist network signups: company details, contact information, certifications, skills and technologies, team size, location, whether anyone on your team holds an active clearance (yes or no only), experience and any documents you choose to upload.
- Technical information: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to operate and secure the site.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or other sensitive identifiers through this website. Please don’t include them in a form or attachment.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare quotes and proposals, schedule briefings and communicate about federal requirements.
- To evaluate and contact potential teaming partners and specialists about opportunities that match their skills.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed by Netlify, our website host, then delivered to our business email. We share information with others only when needed to respond to a requirement you sent us (for example, with a teaming partner preparing a proposal), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the security of the site.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The site keeps one setting in your browser’s session storage so its opening animation plays only once per visit. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the browser tab.
How long we keep it
We keep request, inquiry and teaming information for as long as it is useful for the purpose you shared it, or as required for our business and legal records, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time through our contact form.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and government customers and is not directed to children.
